About Us

Jesus Grace Orphanage & New Wine Ministries is a voluntary, non-profit, interdenominational Christian movement committed to sharing the love of God across India.

With a heart for the nation, we serve among the rejected, the downtrodden, the oppressed, and those persecuted for their faith bringing hope, dignity, and the message of Christ.

Joel represents the ministry globally traveling, preaching, and sharing updates of the work God is doing. Having served cross-culturally across Europe, he carries a deep passion to take the Gospel to the lost and unreached.

Our Story

Pastor R. Peda Madhu, Founder and President, is a living testimony of God’s transforming grace. Once a humble cobbler, he faithfully served the Lord until he was called into full-time ministry. Together with his wife, Suguna Ross Ramanjula, he began reaching people across Andhra Pradesh with the love of Christ.

In 1995, he founded Jesus Grace Orphanage (JGPO), officially registered under the Government of India 223/95 FCRA 010180175. The ministry reached people from all walks of life, especially the most marginalized including the poor, underprivileged, street children, and orphans.

In 2021, due to ongoing government regulations, JGPO lost its ministry status and bank accounts were frozen. Yet God remained faithful. In 2021, New Wine Ministries 21/2021 was established, continuing the same mission to serve, restore, and reach the lost. His eldest son, R. Joel Johanan Sastry, serves as Vice President. Dedicated to God from childhood, he began serving the Lord at a young age. He holds an Associate Degree in Ministry from the University of the Nations (YWAM) & a Bachelor degree in Biology.
